Rental and Events
Sound installations for 10 to 10,000 people, lighting, video, camera, streaming, and more. We support you with congresses, hybrid meetings, sports galas, presentations, corporate parties, and performances.
Pick up and return yourself
- You reserve the equipment via email at leuven@sonora.be.
- Pick up occurs on Monday and Friday between 2 PM and 6 PM.
- Return it on a previously agreed day.
- Minimum verhuurbedrag = 35€ ex. BTW.
Na verhuur controleren we grondig het ingeleverde materiaal. Wat ontbreekt, rekenen we tegen inkoopprijs aan. Breng je het ontbrekende materiaal alsnog binnen, dan storten we het aangerekende bedrag terug.
Als er materiaal stuk is, rekenen we je de herstelling hiervan aan. Bij extreem vervuild materiaal brengen we een schoonmaakkost van 25€ in rekening.
Levering, plaatsing en/of ondersteuning

- We will discuss your event in detail, possibly with a site visit.
- Based on that, we will create a quote and review it together with you.
- After approval, we will schedule the event and set up your equipment at the agreed time.
- Afterwards, we will also dismantle everything neatly and take everything back.
For the total planning of your event, we estimate about four weeks. For last-minute requests, you are dependent on the available equipment, and we may not always be able to provide a technician for setup and teardown.
