new faces, a new collaboration and a new home
There is a lot happening at Sonora! We are joining forces with Eglantier from Mechelen, welcoming Herman Van Dyck as co-director and strengthening our team with Wannes Van Daele. Moreover, we are moving to Kampenhout Sas. Beautiful steps with which we continue to build on what we love to do: helping customers with good sound, light, and image — and bringing ideas to life.
Sonora and Eglantier: a collaboration that strengthens
Sonora and Eglantier share a passion for audiovisual technology and a personal approach. With our new collaboration, we bring our experience and knowledge closer together. This way, we can guide customers even better, from the first question to a solution that works.
Herman Van Dyck, managing director of Eglantier, joins the Sonora team as co-director. He brings his experience, technical knowledge, and entrepreneurship. Together, we continue to build Sonora, with attention to our customers and room for new ideas.
Wannes Van Daele: from idea to experience
Wannes Van Daele also strengthens our team. He brings experience from theater and live productions and combines technical precision with a creative view of what happens on stage.
From the technical design of shows and programming lights to audiovisual concepts and video mapping: Wannes helps translate an idea into a strong live experience. His previous work for the Academy of Strombeek is a great example of that.
His motto, “From idea to experience”, fits with our approach. A successful event starts with a good idea and takes shape through the right technique, thoughtful preparation, and people who know how to bring everything together.
With Wannes on board, we can do even more for clients who, in addition to materials and technical support, also seek help with the creative execution of their production. Welcome to Sonora, Wannes!
A new home in Kampenhout Sas
We are also literally taking a step forward: Sonora is moving to Kampenhout Sas. With our new base, we are centrally located between Leuven and Mechelen, with the northern edge of Brussels and the airport region within reach.
A nice location for clients picking up materials, but also a practical departure base for our installations and events in the region. This way, we are quickly where we are needed.
Rental, sales, and installation remain our core
At Sonora, you can go for the rental of sound, light, and image, and for the sales and installation of audiovisual solutions. This combination remains the core of our story.
We help you with materials for an event, a fixed installation for your business, or a combination of both. Think of your own sound system that we can supplement with extra materials for a special occasion. By offering rental and installation together, we can think along with what you need today and what may come in handy later.
With Eglantier as a partner, Herman and Wannes on board, and Kampenhout Sas as a new home, we look forward with great enthusiasm. Thanks to everyone who gives Sonora their trust. We look forward to realizing many more beautiful projects together!
